In the field of modern agriculture, the hand-operated transplanter is an efficient and convenient crop transplanting tool, but its performance and service life are significantly affected by the storage environment. In order to ensure that the manual transplanter can operate stably and maintain good working condition for a long time, a series of professional requirements have been put forward for its storage environment.

Temperature and Humidity Control
The storage environment of manual transplanters should be maintained at appropriate temperature and humidity levels. Too high a temperature will cause thermal expansion and contraction of the internal metal parts of the machine, thereby accelerating wear and aging; while too low a temperature may cause the lubricating oil to solidify, affecting the normal operation of the machine. Excessive humidity can cause rust and corrosion of machine parts, reducing their durability. Therefore, it is recommended that manual transplanters be stored in an environment with moderate temperatures (usually between 10-30 degrees Celsius) and low humidity (relative humidity not exceeding 60%) to ensure their best performance.

Dust and corrosion resistant
Dust and corrosive substances are major threats in the environment where manual transplanters are stored. Dust not only affects the cleanliness and appearance of the machine, but may also enter the interior of the machine and cause wear and blockage of precision components. Corrosive substances may directly corrode the surface and internal components of the machine, resulting in reduced performance or even scrapping. Therefore, the environment in which manual transplanters are stored must be kept clean, dry, and away from corrosive substances. In addition, wrapping the machine with a dust cover or plastic film can effectively reduce the intrusion of dust and corrosive substances.

ventilation and lighting
Good ventilation helps maintain air circulation in the storage environment and reduces the risk of moisture and mildew. Proper lighting also helps keep your machine dry and clean. However, excessive direct sunlight may cause the surface of the machine to fade, age, and even cause internal components to deform. Therefore, it is recommended to store the manual transplanter in a well-ventilated area but away from direct sunlight. If conditions permit, you can use shade nets or curtains to reduce direct sunlight exposure.

Avoid vibration and shock
A manual transplanter is a precision mechanical device with extremely high precision in the fit between its internal components. During storage, the machine must be protected from vibration and shock. Vibration and shock can cause machine components to loosen, deform, or become damaged, affecting their normal operation and performance. To reduce the effects of vibration and shock, it is recommended to store the manual transplanter on a stable, solid surface and use a dedicated storage rack or bracket to secure the machine.
